If you don’t have an architect in place, we can recommend one. If you don’t have your site selected, Todd Delahunt maintains a real estate brokers license in order to assist you with lot and land purchases.
STEP 2: After plans and blueprints have been created and the land is secured, we begin the build.
Much like our custom builds, we don’t do a cookie-cutter process either. Each process is customized to suit each client. One thing ALWAYS remains the same, however. Owner, Todd Delahunt, is overseeing your project throughout your entire process, including site selection, design, permitting and daily management of construction operations from breaking ground to completion.
